This page you can find some frequently asked questions that may help answer your question quickly

### Why is the bot offline?

The bot might be offline for a regular maintenance check or updating the bots code. Check our site for more information about scheduled bot updates and maintenance.

### Cannot use moderating commands?

Make sure every moderator in your discord server has the following permissions to use our bots that contain moderation commands: ban, kick, mute, unban. Make sure when the bot has been invited the administrator permission has been checked on.

### Unsure of how to use the bot?

Use the bots info command with the bots prefix for example "/information". The info command will give you a list of all the commands the bot is capable of executing. Inside the info command you can visit the developer website and invite the bot to any server.
